Overview
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a “shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.” The goals were set in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by 2030.
Nauru tracks its progress towards the SDGs through the NSDS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Planning and Aid Division produces annual SDG Progress Summaries that report on Nauru’s performance against each goal.
